Fraudulent emails may offer to sell you contact lists of attendees or delegates.
We never sell our attendee data outside of a sponsorship package specific to each event, and any such communication is a scam. These lists are often fake and populated using publicly available information, with no relation to our actual attendee lists or numbers.
Accommodation Deals
You may be approached by companies offering discounted hotel rooms or claiming to be the “official accommodation provider.”
These offers are often fraudulent. We do not currently work with any booking partners for our events. Should this change, official links will be available only in the 'Hotel Information' section of this portal.
Directory and Sponsorship Opportunities
Scammers may offer listings in so-called “official” directories, magazines, or digital publications using our branding or event name.
These offers are not affiliated with us and should be ignored.
Official Communication Policy
To help you identify legitimate communications:
- All official emails regarding The Future of Work Series will come from addresses ending in @m-mediaevents.com
- If we are working with approved third-party suppliers (e.g., AV, logistics, venue services), their contact details will be listed within this event portal. If you opt to use their services, you will be the first to make contact using their provided contact details in this portal.
- We do not sell delegate data or offer it outside of direct sponsorship agreements
Be especially cautious of any unsolicited emails or messages claiming to represent our team or partners.
