*1-Day Conference Access to 1 Track: This ticket will provide you with access to 1-day of the conference and a track of your choice. You can choose between our three tracks: Workplace, Learning, or Talent.

*2-Day Conference Access to 1 Track: This ticket will provide you with access to both conference days and a track of your choice. You can choose between our three tracks: Workplace, Learning, or Talent.

Ticket FAQs

What's our cancellation/refund policy? 

We do not provide a refund. However, we can transfer your pass to someone else or issue a credit for the same conference next year.

Can I transfer my ticket?

If you are unable to join us, we can transfer your ticket to another colleague. Just email our delegate team at attendees@m-mediaevents.com to request a transfer, and they will let you know about the next steps. 

Can I share my pass with a colleague?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to share the pass with a colleague across two days of the conference.  

Is there a deadline for ticket purchases? 

We do not have a set deadline. However, we recommend to register the latest one week before the conference starts. 

Can I pay by invoice?

If you are unable to purchase a ticket via our website, we can issue an invoice to process the payment for conference tickets. Just email our delegate team at attendees@m-mediaevents.com, including the details you would like to add to the invoice, and we will forward your request to our accounts department. 

What groups discounts can I get?

For group discount information, please check available option above and email our delegate team at attendees@m-mediaevents.com for discount codes. 

Do you provide any discounts for Non-Profit Organisations?

Yes, we do provide a 10% for Non-Profit. Just email attendees@m-mediaevents.com, and our delegate team will share the discount code with you.

What's the dress code for the conference?

The dress code is smart casual. This dress code blends elements of business attire with casual wear and it is more relaxed than traditional business wear but still polished and professional. 

Do you provide food?

Food is not included in the ticket. However, there will be food stalls available where attendees can purchase a variety of options to suit their preferences.
